AN ALLEGED NUISANCE
His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman at the Supreme Court yesterday concluded the hearing of tho case in which Thomas Peters Murray, of Gonville, Wanganui, claimed from the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Ltd., £200 damages for an alleged nuisance, and an injunction against the defendants to prevent its continuance. Judgmet was reserved.
