A STIFF SOUTHERLY
Yesterday in the city and round about wa3 fine, but fresh, a stiff southerly having developed over-night, with a heavy swell in tho harbour. Present indications are for moderate to strong south-easterly winds, backing by cast to tho north, and then increasing. A brief improvement is likely, to bo followed by unsettled weather and a general rainfall,
