Accused 6aid ho had lived in a dug-out and subsequently in a cave at the back of the district of AYaitotara for several months. He was afraid to come out uccauso his employer had terrorised him by tho statemout that if he camo out he would bo shot. Tho accused's employer did 6cntry-go whilo accused cut tho bush for him. The passing of sentenco was deferred. Other action will probably follow.
