Yesterday was line in AVelliugton, with a cool breeze from the south, «li« passin" clouds. More unsettled conditions, with vain, prevailed elsewhere. Present indications aro for southerly breezes, cool aud changeable weather, with fair to cloudy conditions generally. The barometer lias a rising tendency.
