He raid that according to the roturns available the casualties from October 4 to October 30 wcro as follow:— Officers killed ; 89 ... Oliicers wounded .■••• 15" Other ranks killed 871 Other ranks wounded 2893 Total V.V f l2 , j The Minister said that while he had been on his loot speaking information had come to him that there was a list of 1700 names still to come, but of these 400 wcro hospital reports.
