DULL AND MISTY
Yesterday in "Wellington -was a gray, drizzling day, with the wind in the southeast. Present indications are for moderate to strong and variable winds, north-easterly to south-easterly prevailing. Dull and misty conditions are to be expccted, jvith drizzling rain in many paTts. The barometer lias a falling tendency.
