John Stevenson and infant and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bell were boating in the bay this afternoon, when the craft capsized in tho breakers. Ralph Morse, Harbour Board sigualman, who was on the beach, tushed into the surf and res- . oued the baby, and Mr. Bell and othera from the beach assisted Mr. Stevenson to bring his wife ashore. Mrs. Bell's body was recovered shortly; afterwards, but though artificial respiration and oxygeu injections were kept iip for four hours there waß no sign of life.
