The "Daily Express" ecatee that Laszlo do Loinb'os, the Court painter, whose internment ivue reported yesterday, is accused of using an official i bag belong-, ing to a neutral Einbassy_ for the convoyance of a letter containing statements which the authorities consider would havo undesirablo results if thoy were seen in Germany.
