FARM LABOURER MISSING

By Telegraph—Press Association. Taumarunui, September 8. Fred. Bain, a single man, employed by a farmer at Down River, and formerly employed at Otorolianga and Tailiape, disappeared from tho Club Hotel here on August 28 at 2 a.m., leaving his watch behind and taking a fellow boarder's cap. It is belioved that he has met with a fatal accident crossing the Wanganui Kiver, making for Raff's farm, whero he worked. Tho police have mado an unsuccessful search.

The QUALITY of tho CHEVROLET appeals to peoplo of wealth. Its PRICE permits ownership for thoso of moderate means. The quality may well be J lidded by considering tho standard equipment which includes the famous Chevrolet over, head valved encine with removable cylinder head, Zenith Carburettor, Auto-Lite Two Unit Self-starter, Connecticut Automatic Icnitlon, Electric Lishts, together with full tool and instrument equipment. Demountable Kims are optional. Tho low prices of these cars, £235 to £265, combined with their reliability and low running oosts place them in a class of their own. These Cars are on view at THE DO. MINION MOTOR VEHICLES, LTD.. 44-4S Tory Street, where your inspection is cordially iuvited.—Advt.
