The New York "Tribune's" London correspondent states that semi-official opinion is that President Wilson's Note will result in hastening peace. The recent political activities in Austria have caused the belief that the Emperor Karl is more anxious for peace than for the accomplishment of Germany s win; aim*. Tt is thought that the Emperor is working Austria into a position from which she will be able to make nntrammelcil negotiations towards peace. ■..,.' POLAND WELCOMES THE NOTE Washington, June 1-'. The Polish Central Committee, in a message to America, states that President Wilson's Note is most acceptable because it clarifies the Polish issue. President Wilson expresses the sentiment of the entire nation. The re-establishment of Poll ml would be the most effective step to defeat. Radnslavoff, Premier of Bulgaria, stated in an interview that Bulgaria will disclose her war aims when there is pome prospect of peace negotiations. Bulgaria will certainly demand Macedonia, which she already occupies, and Morava Valley. Thero is no reason why Bulgaria and Turkey should not lio friends now that the Macedonian problem is solved.
