Councillor Godber does not intend to stand for tho chairmanship of the Public Health Committee, which may fall to Councillor 11. A. Wright. It is practically certain that Councillor Frost will again be tho chairman of tho Hesorves Committee; Councillor A. U. Atkinson of the Leaseholds Committee; Councillor M'Kenzie of tho Outlying Districts Committee; and Councillor M. F. Luckio of tho Batlis, Beaches') and Libraries Committee.
