CASE OF E. J. WATT
"A RESIDENT OP "AUSTRALIA.* By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, February 6. The Magistrate, Mr. L. .6. Keid. S.M., in his reserved judgment, found that E. J. Watt was a resident of Australia, and dismissed the charge of failing to register under the Military, Service Act in New Zealand.
