APPRAISEMENTS IN NEW SOUTH WALES. • ' (Ree. January 9, 0.35 a.m.) Sydney, January 8. The first appraisements of wool by Government appraisers under the Imperial Government purchase scheme have been issued. They cover over nine thousand bales, and the prices range as high as 25Jd., but apparently slightly lower tljan the ruling rates of the October sales.—Press Association.
