Tho horse entries increased by 10Q, and cattle by over 50,; but sheep were not tip to standard. In tho dairy section, tho butter was a feature. Thero were record entries in tho Kennel Club competition; Championships awarded were:— Draught horses: Entire, A. E. Harding. Reservo champion and Clydesdale medal, Dilworth School of Agriculture. Mare, _ Dilworth School, also reservo champion. ' Cattle: Pedigree Shorthorn bull, Woodward Bros. Reservo champion, H. Hutchinson. Cow, Woodward Bros.; reservo champion, H. Brown. Pedigree milking Shorthorn, Woodward Bros. ; reservo champion, C 4. E. Churches. Podigreo Ayrshires—Bull, W. K. Lawton; reserve champion, Mental Hospital. Cow, W. I'. Hano; reserve champion, W. K. Lawton. Pedigree Holstein Friesian—Bull, W, I. Lovelock'; reservo champion, C. C. Bucldand. Cow, A. Kidd; reservo champion, A. Taylor. , Pedigree Jersey bull, W. J. Hall; reserve champion, R. F. Wilkinson. Cow, T. Church; reservo champion, A. C. Jones. " In slieep, the prizes for hoth sexes were 'awarded as follow:—Shropshire, W. Q. Knight; Bomney Marsh, ,S. E. Allen; merino, G.
