So far as the Holmanite section of the coalition is concerned the Ministers of the National Party Cabinet have been decided upon. Largely-attended meetings in the Domain protested against the proposal to extend the life of Parliament. THE CONSCRIPTION COUNT . "YES" HOPELESSLY BEATEN. Sydney, November 13. In connection with the conscription referendum, the "No" majority is 59,373. As there are less than fifty thousand votes still to count, it is now admittedly impossible for "Yes" to win.
