They fear it will cause unrest in Poland, where closer touch with the new State will be desired. 5 The Liberals and Radicals fear that, . owing to the number of pro-Russians in Poland, better relations with Russia ■ after the war will be hampered. GERMAN ATTEMPT TO DELUDE HOLLAND. Amsterdam, November 7. Holland has been inundated with German propagandist telegrams from Warsaw, intended to give the impression that general enthusiasm prevails in Poland over the Austro-German proclamation.
