The Vogcltown and Mornington Municipal Electors' Association held its monthly meeting on Wednesday evening, Mr. Hewitt presiding. Also re tho state of Mill's Road, owing to sewerage water overflowing, and further a request that tho men employed in the district be put on more reproductive work. _ ■ A discussion took place on tho question of drainage 111 the district, which was absolutely essential, and it was thought that beforo tho council committed itself to a scheme for Day's Bay, as suggested', tho claims of Vogcltown and Mornington, which are important, should be considered.
