In connection, with a Supremo Court decision that a. letter from a soldier killed in action indicating the contents a will that was mssing was sufficient on which to grant letters of adminis- . tration, it now transpires that the missing will has been found. This news was communicated to the Court within a ; few hours of the decision being given. The position' now is htat the solicitors will immediately move in tho Supremo Court for a,' revocation of prohate in regard to the letter, andl will make application for prohate of the will now discovered. The contents of the will substantiate the contents of the letter with one exception.
