The latest referendum figures are:— No 973,980 Yes 891,906 r Prassnt majority , for N082,075 The "Herald" voices the growing opinion that, with tho counting of tho absentee votes, there is a possibility 'that the referendum decision will ~bo altered. The Returned Soldiers' Association, disgusted at the result of the referendum, proposes to form a rogiment from tho returned men. It is believed that 2000 of the men will bo able to pass the doctor.
