Mr. Frank Shaw, a former- Wniroa resident, but now living at Tokonia.ru, rang up Wairoa on Thursday night, stating that a largo quantity of cargo was coming ashore, presumably 'from (tie, wreck of tho Tongariro. The goods washed ashore included 120 casks of whisky.—Press Association.
