Tho committeo of Lloyd's state that Jacob Dirkzwager vacated tho subagentsliip at Maasluis in April, 1915. [Jacob Dirkzwager was arrested iu Holland on suspicion of espionage two or tlirco days ago, and' it was stated that until March last ho was British . Consular Agent at Maasluis, and also Lloyd's agent. It was . alleged that Ditkzwagcr assisted Gorman vessels to escape from Rotterdam, and notified Germany of their departure.").
