Credit will be exI tended through the Bonbright ComJpany of Paris. French drafts in dollars will be accepted at American banks at a discount of 6}- per cent. The duration of the credit is for one year. This is the fifth Frencli loan arranged here, making an aggregate of 95 million dollars (£19,000,000).
