FRENCH WAR CREDIT

Ribot (Minister of Finance) asked for a credit of £334,000,000 for the last quarter of 1918. ANOTHER LOAN IN NEW YORK. (Rec. September 15, 9.50 p.m.) New York, September 14.. 1 Arrangements have been completed for another French loan of five million 1 pounds sterling. Credit will be exI tended through the Bonbright ComJpany of Paris. French drafts in dollars will be accepted at American banks at a discount of 6}- per cent. The duration of the credit is for one year. This is the fifth Frencli loan arranged here, making an aggregate of 95 million dollars (£19,000,000).
