The Hon. J. Allen states that the ap pointment of the members of the firtft four Appeal Boards under tho Military Service Act will probably bo made thifl week, or at least early next week. Magistrates will act. As regards-the appointment of other members, Cabinet bad given consideration to several names, but had resolved to make further inquiries beforo waking a final selection. The names ot additional applicants will be submitted to Cabinet this week. .
