THE CALL FOR MEN
21st REINFORCEMENTS MANY ADDITIONAL RECRUITS KEQUIRED
The official figures show.that many additional recruits are still required for the Twenty-first Reinforcements, which will be mobilised during the last week of the present month. The rate lot''recruiting throughout the Dominion is fairly brisk at the present time, but it will require to bo well maintained in order tbat the draft may enter camp at full strength. Tho present shortages of infantry in tho four military districts aro as follow:--Auckland, 140; Wellington, 384; Canterbury, 115; Otago, 157; total for Dominion, 79G.
