Armourer Cadet J. Boyce, N.Z, Permanent. Force, has. been appointed ar-armouror-sergeant for such period as he performs the duties at Featherston Military Camp.

Archcy, 23rd, N.Z.F.A., has reported for duty at Feathorston. To-day F, G, H, and J Companies. 19th Infantrv Reinforcements, will move from Tauhercnik.au Camp fto .Trentham Camp for musketry, table A. Maior Gunn, principal medical officer, Featherston Military Hospital, acknowledges the following gifts for patients in hospital:—Mr. J. Matthews, Papatahi, eggs; Mrs. J. Bannister, Tionirbush, Carterton, eggs; Mrs. F. G. TVcstenra, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch. cakes.
The Cnmp Commandant at Trontliam acknowledges receipt of uifts: —Nelson Club. Nelson, magazines for tho hospital; Mr., 0. P. Moore, Kai-Iwi, 3 cases apples for the liqspital; Soldiers' Comforts Guild. 2 cases orancos for the hospital: Waipu Central Roy Scouts, books and magazines, for the hospital; New Plymouth Women's Patriotic League, 3 bags Run ra"s, for tho . Reinforcements. It is expected that the Seventeenth ■Reinforcements will proceed to Foatlierston Camp to-morrow week for further* training.
