General Van de Venter, in the mcantimo, moving rapidly eastwards from Mpipua, inflicted severe losses on the Germans near Kidete, on tho Central Railway, and pursuing them through Msagura station, is now approaching Kilossa. We seized tho crossings on the Wami, further east, near Mandara, relieved our naval forces at Baganiojo, and advanced towards Dar-es-Salaam. supported by naval operations on the coast.
