NORWAY'S EXPORT OF FISH STOPPED

She will grant licenses to England and Germany, hut will regulate these jointly by the quantities of coal, petrol, oil, etc., which arc given to the Norwegian fishing boat's in roturn. NO EXPORTS PROM SWEDEN. (Rec. August 20, 5.5 p.m.) London, August 19. The prohibition of exports from Sweden is gazetted.
