SCHOOLS' FOOTBALL DISCUSSED. Mr. A. E. Wells presided at a meeting of tile "Management Committee of tho Wellington Football Association last evening. On tho recommendation of the .Fixtures Committee it was Tesolved that two rounds be played in the third and fourth A, fourth B, and fifth A and B competitions. Also that after next Saturday the sixth competition be closed and teams in that division be transferred to other grades in tho competition. v -The question of arranging postponements of school matches was left m the hands'of the secretary.

It was mentioned that 17 teams wero taking part iri schools' competitions this year. A meeting of members of the Management Committee and others interested schools' football was held on Tuesday evening, wlien the following schools'", districts were approved:—South District (to play on Kilbirnie Reserve , and two grounds on Wakefield Park)': Worser Boy, Maranui, Kilbirnie, Island Bay, South Wellington and Newtown. .North District (to play on Kclburn Park, Bnsin Reserve, and Anderson Park): Te Aro, Clyde Quay, Terrace, Northland, ICarori, and Wadestown. Country Districts: Porirua, Tawa-Flat, Johnsonville. It was decided to apply to the NewZealand Football Association for a conation towards encouraging schools' foot,ball.
