Abraham and Williams, Ud., report-.— We held a- special show week horse sale at Palmerston North on Saturday, and offered übout, 70 liorscs, about 50 of which were extra gooil draughts. Uiddiug throughout vas spirited V/c uuote a. few of the prices realised :-On account of Mr. I(. D. Knislit, of Longburn, 3 pedigree draught marcs (it £<0, £47 10s., to £50; and on bcinlf of the sarno clicnt, 6 medium to heavy draughts at. £17 IDs., £23, £3,3. £25, £26 55., and £34. Oil account of Mr. J. A. JlusaeH, of Palmerston North, 6 heavy draughts out of hard work, from £16 to £36. On behftlf of Mr. ]!. A. Dick, of Southland, 7 draughts at prices ranging from £24 to £36. On account of Mr. J. lCearins. of Kairanga, 3 draught mares and ffeldings from £25 to £37. We sold, on behalf of other vendors, draughts from £18 to £20 10s.; spring carters, from £11 to £14 10s.; unbroken light- horses from £/ ss. to £10.
