Dalgety and Company, Limited, Palmerston North, report having a. fair entry' of sheep. and cattle at their Feildinff sale on Friday, which sold readily at the following prices:—Sheep: Black-face lambs, 18s.; email lambs, 15s. 3d.. 15s. 4d.; wethers lambs, to 17s. Id.; woolly lambs, 205.; forward ewes, to 225.; aged empty ewes, lis. 3d.; light .fat ewes, Ms. 2d. to 245. lOd. ■■Cattle: Dairy cows. £7 17s. 6d.; forward cowe, £6 15s. to £8 55.; light fat cows, £9 15s.','£10 103., to £10 17s. 6d.; fat cows, to £13 2s. 6d.; three and a half-year bullocks, £12 135.; twenty-month Shorthorn heifers. £5 75., £6 Bs. 6d„ to £7 ss.
Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report on their Dannevirke sale, .held at Miller's Bead yards on Friday, as follows:—We offered a medium entry of sheep and cattle. Sheep sold readily, and all lines were quitted at good prices. Oattle were also in keen demand, and prices throughout were most satisfactory to vendors. Following is a list of prices:— Sheep: Cull ewos, 13s. 3d.; store ewes, 17s. sd. to 20s. 5d.; mixed-sex hoggets (fair), 17s. to 18s. 6d.; fat wethers, 30s. Cattle: b'mall weaners, 245.; weancr steers, £2 lis.; store cows, £5 195.; fat cows and heifers, £9. £9 10s„ £9 155.; to £11; extra, prime, to- £13; light fat bullocks,,£l2-10s.; springing heifers,, £7 17s. 6d. Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report on their fortnightly sale atMangaweko, as follows:—Lambs, 16s.
