The most complete arrangements have been made for the reception of first British prisoners from Germany requiring exceptional treatment. They will bo ficcommedated two and three in a room and receive the same diet- as Swiss soldiers, coffee, bread, cheese, butter, jam, soap, meat, and vegetables. Th'e. allowance of bread for each meal exceeds the daily allowance in Germany, local British committees are supplying the men with underclothing, handkerchiefs, slippers, and toilet requisites. A special committee of British ladies undertakes their washing and mending. The Swiss Red Cross doctors are, selecting the men from the German camps. A number of French and Belgian prisoners have already arrived,
