London, April 13; Sir Edward Grey stated in the House of Commons that the German authorities refused to allow the United State? Embassy' to visit the Wittenberg camp during an outbreak of typhus, alleging the danger of infection. _ An Embassy official had paid three visits since October. He reports are to be published shortly.
