REMINDERS. The next best dispatch for correspondence addressed to Pago Pago, Honolulu, also United States ol America, Canada, Central America, West Indies, Mexico, States of Colombia. Ecuador, Venezuela, British, French, and Dutch Guiana, United KingHorn, ana Continent of Europe, via San Francisco, will bo from Wellington on Thursday, -February 10, by the Itiverlua, and will connect with the Sonoma, which departs from Sydney on February 16. Mails lor America and United Kingdom, via Rarotonga, Tahiti, and San Francisco, will not be dispatched on February 3, as indicated in the time-table. This' trip by the Maitai has been abandoned. Mails for Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji close at Auckland, per Talune, on Monday, Febvuary 7, at 8.45 a.m. As correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship it is urged to avoid delays that such correspondence bo posted in ample time for the mail, the day previous to its dispatch if possible. Parcels for dispatcii by steamers and trains, with the exception of tho usual Ferry steamers for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of closing of mails. Tho parcei-post mail per Main Trunk express closes at the C.P.O. at 11.30 a.m., and-for the south, per ferry , steamer, at 6.45 p.m. Lato letters for moils beyond the Dominion cannot in future be posted on the steamer, but must be posted in the lateletter posting-box at the Chief Post Office up to the appointed time shown on the mail notice.
