She will berth at the Queen's Wharf this morning to put out IGGQ tons of cargo. It will be late to-night before the vessel is able to go' on to Lyttelton, and she will not return here till Friday morning. Departure will be taken for Sydney direct at 5 p.m.—a day late.

A call was made at Tokomaru Bay by the Government training ship Amokura on Monday. The vessel is en route from Wellington to the ICermedecs, having left here on Friday^last. On her run up from Wellington to San Francisco this trip the Moana was struck by a cyclone, She was severely buffeted, but, so far as could be ascertained, has suffered no damage. The Government steamer Tutanekai, which took the Government House staff to Lytteltou, will return to port to-day to take in coal and stores. From here she proceeds on to Auckland to take on board His Excellency the Governor and party. After a cruise about the northern coastline the vessel will visit Lytt-elton before returning to Wellington. On account of the Victoria's late arrival at Auckland from Sydney yesterday she will proceed from Napier direct to Dunedin on Saturday, so as to enable her to pick up her time-table running. As the New Zealand Shinping Company's chartered steamer Berwick Law had over 1150 tons of Montreal cargo to put out here, her departure for the south has beeu postponed till to-day. Telegaphic advice received from Lyttelton yesterday stated that the Himitangi had left there at 11.55 a.m. on another visit to the Chatham Islands. Leaving Duuedin yesterday the' Union Company's Corinna is .making calls at Oamaru. Timaru, and Lytt-elton en route to Wellington. She is due here on Friday next, and will su.il the same day for New Plymouth, where a consignment of .dairy produce will be lifted.
