SOLWAY SHOW
The Masterton Show is to be held on tlio-beautiful Solwa.y grounds on February 15 and 16, 1916. From the reports: to hand, it-would appear tliat- it is anticipated' that this year's show, at Masterton will eel ipso ail previous efforts of the kind, for entries are being received from every part, north and south, east and west. The sheep, horse and cattle classes are said to be filling exceptionally' well, while the jumping competitions, for which : splendid prizes are offered, are expected to produce record- entries The grounds just now arc a picture to look upon.' Intending visitors ineed .".have"'- no apprehension about-accommodation. A postcard or telegram to the secretary (Mr. J. B. Emmett) will fix that matter. Mean-w-hile, breeders should'remember that entries close on Saturday, January 29, at 9 p.m.
