Prices were 10s. to 15s. better than last week. , 1 Fat sheep—l2B3 penned. Prices advanced Is. fid. to 2s. 6d. on last week's rates. Extm prime wethers,- to 345.; prime, 255. to 305.; medium, 21s. to 235.; extra prime ewes, to . Jss.; prime, 245. to 275.;' medium to light, IBs. to 21s. . Fat lambs—lß6 penned. Competition was keen, and prices mere Is. 6d. to 2s. better than last week. Prime, to 265. 3d.; good, 21s. to 225. 6d.; njedium, ls7. 6d." to 20s. WOOL-GEOWEES WELL PLEASED. The Christchurch wool sale, hold on Monday, 6th December, showed that there is still. keen demand for wool, especially halfbred, in good condition. The top price was 19d. per lb. This excellent figure was seenred Tjy Coio:iel, the Hon. R. Heaton Rhodes, of ptahana, on whoso flocks Quibcll's Improved Poivder Dip has been used for some years past. Wool-growers will also, remember that at the recent Auckland wool sales fine crossbred wool, on which this dip had been nsed, realised the fine price of 21d. per lb., which is a Tecord for Auckland and also for that class of wool in the Dominion. ■ • There is no denying the excellent condition of the wool when Quibell's is used—Advt.
