The New Zealand Poultry Industries, Ltd., report;—Eggs.—Heavy supplies are forward, with a good demand right up to Christmas. Since- the holidays supplies have been not as large, but the inquiry is also easier. The wholesale prico as from December 29 is reduced one penny, from Is. 6d. to Is. 3d. per dozen. 1 Poultry.—Supplies are short, with a keen demand for young birds of every description.
