BISHOP'S ADDRESS' TO ANZAO HEROES. "t Telegraph—Press Association— ("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.) (Rec. December 21, 5.5 p.m.) London, December 20. The Bishop of London chatted with overseas soldiers at Peel House, and in an informal address said: "I am always waiting for a mental breakdown, just for the, pleasure of going to Australia and New Zealand. I want you all to take back the message that you havo had a good tiiuo in London." Cries of "Wo have." The Bishop continuing, said: "Looking at you, I feel jolly well proud to think we havo such fine fellows overseas, able and ready to fling themselves into the Empire's battle. lam called a bellicose Bishop, but we are fighting for the freedom of the world, and must whack 'Kaiser Bill.' "
