RUSSIAN TROOPS MOVING
TO THE BUKOWINA FRONTIER. By Telegraph—Preaß Association—Copyright (Rec. December 21, 8.5 p.m.) London, December 20. The "Frankfurter Zeitung's" correspondent at Bucharest fully confirms the report that the Russians are moving a large'number of troops from Roni to the Bukowina frontier for the campaign in Bulgaria. Other messages state that the bridge between Belgrade, and Semlin has been rebuilt.
