'A German communiflue, referrincto the efforts to find "the British fleet, states: "Apportion of our fleet last week searched the North Sea for the enemy, and then cruised in the Skagerack on Wednesday. and 'Thursday, watching the shipping. We examined fifty-two vessels and seized'one with contraband. The British naval forces wore nowhere sighted."
