CAPTAIN" SIMSON'S SCHEME. / (ByTelegraph.— Association.) Chrlstchuroh, December 15. Tho Citizens' Defence Corps has decided to support Captain Donald Simson's proposal to issue voluntary visible registration badges in order to olear a. ■man unfit or ineligible, in any manner, the only ones not to get badges being fit, single men without dependents, of military age; the schema bs under Government control, and . the same badge issued to nil classes.
