The German journal "Meal Anzeiger" declares that Germany lias always been ready to discuss tlio question of peace, hut that tlie Allies prefer to redouble their efforts. The Reichstag is not i:lipressed by sucli utterances as those of General von Falkorihayn's (War Minister) mouthpieces; it appears to be critical, but'not rebellious.
