London, November 1. His Majesty tho King-has arrived at London from France. Ho reached Victoria Station at 7.30. The station was closed and tho streets near by cleared. The elaborateness of the precautions to ensuro privacy attracted a large crowd. There wero many public expressions of sympathy. LATER BULLETIN. (Rec. November 2, 5.10 p.m.) London, November 1. A bulletin-states: "Although much fatigued by liis journey, the King's condition is Sir Antho'ny Bowlby (Surgeon in Ordinary) and Sir Bortrand Dawson (Physician Extraordinary) accompanied His Majesty."
