' SUPPORT FROM DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.! Dunedin, September 13. 'At a meeting of the Otago branch of tho Pipers and Dancers' Association of Now Zealand to-night, a letter was received- from Mr. wm. Gillespie, secretary of AVairarapa Caledonian Association, asking support for the proposal to send a Highland Regiment from Nevr Zealand to the front. .It ,wns decided to support the proposal, and Mr. Kilgour, of Palmerstpn North, an old member of the Otago Association, ivas authorised to represent the association at a conference at Paluierston North on September U.
