— $ THE CORONER'S INQUIRY. (Br Telegrajpli—Prep? Association.) Auckland, August 6. 'At tho inquest concerning tho death of Mrs. Annie Mumford, who was found dead in a burning liouse on the evening of July 29, tho Coroner stated that there was no evidence of foul play, although the circumstances at first seemed suspicious. - "Death was probably duo to deceased striking her head against a-shall) corner of the sofa, ns the-result of a fall, though tho evidence did not show exactly, how tho accident occurred. •
