Lord Norbury works from 6 in'the morning lo 7 at night, with half an hour for breakfast and half an hour for dinner. He receives exactly the same treatment as tho other workmen, and lodges in a room near tlio factory. He declares that ho likes the work, having "made a hobby" of mechanical work all his lifo. Ho is 53 years of age.
