DISADVANTAGES OF NEUTRALITY STRESSED London, June 24. Tho Italian Press, commenting on Rumania's abstention, recognises the absolute right of the Rumanians to re-main masters of their own destiny, but stresses tho fact that it would deprive them of advantages which would accrue through timely intervention. .
