DRAFTS FOR GALLIPOLI. (Rec. Jujio 24, 9.45 p.m.) Cairo, June 24. Travellers .from Syria state that only eleven thousand troops are now in that province, tho rest having been sent to the Dardanelles. Many of the latter are without arms; but the authorities explain that they can use the arms of their dead comrades. Djcmal Pasha has continued to rid himself of German officers. It is estimated that there are between three and four thousand German officers and noncommissioned officers at Constantinople and in Gallipoli. ITALIAN WARSHIP! AT THE STRAITS. Copenhagsn, Juno 23. Advices from Berlin state that several Italian cruisers and smaller ships have left Taranto and are joining the Anglo-French squadron at the Dardanelles.
