BRITISH SUBMARINE SUCCESSES ALARM THE COUNCIL OF WAR London, June 18. The "Times" correspondent at Constantinople says that Turkish families are emigrating to Asia. . . The recent success of the British submarine (including tho sinking of tlireo transports near Nagara) has alarmed the Council of War. Several Turkish destroyers have been specially detailed to pursue the submarine. Tho activities of the Turkish fleet lias been markedly restricted conseQuenb 011 the exploit.
