THE TILLING-STEVENS CARS
9 CORPORATION REFUSES TO TAKE DELIVERY. The Mayor (Mr. J. P. Luke) stated yesterday that the City Corporation had accepted service cf a writ from the tenderers for three motor-buses (TillingStevens petrol-electric engines), Messrs. Richardson and M'Cabe, in connection with the Corporation's action in refusing to accept delivery of the buses, now in Wellington.
